Gave us some ideas and pointers for fixing it. The attic doorway was reading 85 degrees which was probably affecting our thermostat nearby. On the day of they called to give me a timeframe of the techs arrival. The company sent a couple reminder texts and emails a day or so before the appointment. Xtreme Air Services called two days later to set up the appointment. I signed up for a tune up through Lowe’s. Really good experience all throughout the process. The technician found loose connectors, checked everything inside and outside. With the incredible heatwave and customers call for repairs and replacement, I thought it would be several days to have a technician come to my house.I was told they would have their tech scheduled for same day, in the afternoon.I was pleased when they did my Trane installation.Today I am very impressed with the concern expressed to me. In 102° weather and with a new unit Xtreme installed 4-5 months ago I was hearing a whining noise and seeing vibration.After a few days of hearing this, I called and explained my concerns around 9:30 am.Information taken.
